Rates, Insurance, & Cancellation Policy

RATES

The fee for a 50 minute session is $140. I accept cash, check, and all major credit cards as forms of payment. I do require that a credit card or debit card be on file with my secure EHR at all times. You will be charged by the end of the day of your appointment.

INSURANCE

I am not on any insurance panels, which means that you are responsible for the full fee after each session with me.  I am happy to provide you with a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement, upon request. You are able to submit this to your health insurance provider, and depending on your employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or part.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unable to attend a session, please be sure to cancel at least 24 hours beforehand by email, phone, or voice message. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged $100.
